We spent three nights at the Northern Hotel 12-15/01/09.

From the time we entered the hotel tll the time we left the staff were always friendy & happy to help.
We stayed on the 5th floor. The room was spacious & very clean. The bathroom was very nice ,robes & slippers were supplied. Bed was very comfortable. There must have
been breakfast for every nationality staying at the hotel. We were happy with the morning coffee, and speical thanks for Ms Tam (receptionist)who very friendly and helpful.

We wanted to write a short note to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at Northern Hotel. Your hotel staff are very accommodating and friendly, and made us feel at home in Vietnam. Everyone -- from the door man to the porter, from the front desk staff to the restaurant staff -- was so helpful and warm.

We liked the fact that the hotel is centrally located, so it was great that the shops on Dong Khoi Street and landmarks like the Notre Dame Cathedral, the Post Office, and Ben Thanh Market are all within walking distance from Northern Hotel.

Please send our thanks to your staff. We will definitely recommend your hotel to our friends who plan to visit HCMC.
